Returns
At Hazel + Bloom Co., we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you need to make a return, online orders are eligible for store credit only when returned within 14 business days of delivery. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
We take pride in the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within two business days if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly review the issue and work to make it right.

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the original item for store credit and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Store credit will be issued via email and will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. However, eligible items may be returned for store credit once received.
